Sorrel River Ranch- 6 month project with the owner to work on the Mercantil on this luxury property in the canyon lands in beautiful Moab Utah. As well as revamped the food and beverage program to reflect the on and off season in the area, and create guest engagements to give the guests an unforgettable experience. The same owner contracted C5 to design a 900 sq foot kitchen to be utilized by their members club in West Palm Beach, as well as house cooking classes and assist in catered events at the club.
